Casey is a North Carolina native, growing up in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. He
moved to Charlotte after graduating college and began his mortgage career at Wells
Fargo. Soon after, he took a position with JP Morgan Chase wholesale where he
gained a wealth of experience in all facets of the mortgage industry. From Chase,
Casey helped open the Charlotte office of Schmidt Mortgage Corporation over 4
years ago, and he has been one of the company's top producers ever since. Schmidt
Mortgage Corporation is in a unique position in that all processing, underwriting,
closing and funding are handled in our office. Casey has developed a large realtor
following as well as many repeat customers and referral sources. Casey is a fair
and honest person who keeps his word and makes sure that every customer walks
away knowing they go the best mortgage available for their personal situation.
