S.C. State Housing has developed programs that allow for a low down payment loan
at below market interest rates. These programs are for your first time homebuyers
(someone that has not owned a home in the prior 3 years). There are also programs
for "Single Parents" and the "Disabled". All of the S.C. State Housing programs
have income limitations and maximum loan amounts differing based on the county
you live in. These programs are for South Carolina residence only.
